These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, client portal, support applications, and managed IT services provided by IT Envy Technology Solutions LLC.
1. Services
IT Envy provides managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, infrastructure design, and related technology services. Specific service scope and pricing are defined in individual service agreements.
2. Account Access
Access to the client portal is provided to authorized contacts of our managed service clients. The admin dashboard is restricted to authorized IT Envy personnel.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to access unauthorized systems, interfere with our services, use services for unlawful purposes, or transmit malware through our systems.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials on our websites and applications are the property of IT Envy Technology Solutions LLC.
5. Service Level and Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Specific SLAs are defined in individual client service agreements.
6. Data and Security
Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IT ENVY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washoe County, Nevada.
